Fox Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a Philadelphia based, independent contract manufacturer specializing in solid oral dosage forms. Building on a strong foundation of customized production services, Fox has expanded operations to include small to mid-range batch size manufacturing and bottling.

The fully validated Fox manufacturing facility is cGMP, FDA, DEA and ISS compliant. Our production areas are ISO Class 8 certified. We have a Schedule II-V license from the DEA which means we can manufacture most controlled substances. We have also just received approval from the ISS in Europe that certifies our plant for overseas production. Fox Pharmaceuticals has the capacity to produce batch sizes from 300,000 to 2,000,000 direct compression tablets and capsules. Finished product can be shipped in bulk or bottled in house. Bottling line capacity is 50 bottles per minute with flexibility in bottle size, tablet or capsule, and count per bottle (1-1000). With this diversity, Fox can fulfill virtually all bottling requirements.

• Encapsulating machine capable of 40,000 capsules per hour with a practical output of 28,000 capsules per hour
  
• Full service capabilities from formulation to final production and shipment

The facility design, coupled with selected equipment, has an output potential of approximately 300 million packaged tablets or capsules per year using 2-12 hour shifts, five days per week. To increase this capacity, Fox has an option on additional adjoining space eight times the size of its current production facility.
